I've only been using telegram for a couple of months but there's a dramatic difference between the download speed now and the download speed when i started. I'm not using the telegram application for pc. Already tried clearing cache, made sure there is enough memory, and updated to the latest version.

So, when i download a video, where does telegram web save files on pc? Whenever i use telegram on android or the web app, i get prompted to enter my phone number, then i get the screen below.
