Select action > scan for hardware changes to force detection and reinstall of the bluetooth adapter. Are you trying to reinstall it via device manager, or are you looking for ways to reinstall it using the driver from your pc manufacturer's support page for your specific computer model? Select the driver tab, then select roll back driver (if available). Expand bluetooth, then select and hold (or right‑click) your bluetooth adapter and select properties.
