But not being able to cd into it is causing issues when trying to get. One way to get into it is by using the run dialog box using windows+r. After installing windows, i originally moved the 3 appdata subfolders to my external harddrive, but i quickly changed my mind and restored them (clicking the restore button). Is it safe to delete it?
You don't need to delete the folder itself though, only its content.
