When the host is sharing the screen, am getting a pencil icon at the screen left bottom and using that i can draw on the screen, how to remove that option. While there are no admin controls to turn the annotations feature off by default, the google meet host is in control.
Click the pencil icon/annotate to begin annotation. In the screen share menu at the top of your meeting screen, click the more button. Under in meeting (basic), click the annotation toggle to enable or disable it. Click the button to change it to gray.
Sign in to the zoom web portal. They can uncheck the share their screen button in host controls in. Once the button is gray, this signals that annotation will not be allowed for all future meetings. Once you select annotate either as a participant or as the one sharing the screen, you will see the annotation bar appear (see image).
